I can't help but wonder, why is the Philippines so corrupt? Why do our politicians steal so much from us and still have the gall to say they're doing their job via a long ad? Why do they do it? How can they have the minerals to say that what they're doing in a certain prominent city in Metro-Manila should be the role model for the entire Philippines?
